SIREN – Workshop 20.06

This is a one-day immersion into the world of SIREN —
a space where voice, body, creativity and sensual presence meet.

This is a space for soulful expression —
for the parts of you that are deeper, more raw, more alive…
and perhaps have felt that they are too much, too sensitive, too intense to be seen.

We work with the voice not as performance,
but as an extension of the body.
A return to the voice as truth & emotion.
To the body as a resource.
To creativity as something that is not owned —
but something that moves through you when it is allowed.

The guiding archetype of this day is the Enchantress —
an embodiment of Venus: sensuality, magnetic presence, and of being self-sourced.
She is often misunderstood as the Seductress,
yet here we meet her in her integrated form:
not seeking, not performing —
but grounded, receptive, and deeply connected to her body, her pleasure, her felt experience.

From this place, creativity becomes effortless & authentic — a natural expression of her being.

At the core of this space is safety.
Because true empowerment, the authentic voice, and creative leadership
can only truly emerge when the body feels safe enough to open.

This work is trauma-aware and guided by the nervous system.
We use somatic tools to support you in real time —
to gently create new imprints in the body:
that it is safe to be seen.
safe to feel.
safe to be fully your radiant self.

Through embodiment and voice as our main tools,
you will be invited to:
– reconnect to your body and its senses as a gateway to presence & inspiration
– develop your sensual siren voice (incl. technique & vocal improvisation)
– access creativity through feeling rather than thinking
take space — without needing to shrink or adjust yourself

This is not about “being good” at singing, writing, moving the body..
but rather letting what is truly alive be seen.
