a space where you are invited to rest, feel, and be carried by sound.

a woven field of voice, instruments, and vibration
guiding you into the body, the senses, and your inner landscapes.

The Siren is a mythological being of the deep sea — her voice revealing hidden truths, inviting surrender, trust in intuition and the body’s intelligence.

You will be invited to lie down, soften, and receive. At the same time you are free to follow your body’s impulses; to sit, move and to explore how deep attunement to yourself wants to express itself at any given moment.

As the nervous system settles, the mind quiets —
opening a natural, dream-like state
where integration, emotion, inspiration and imagery can arise.
